Note: Registration of guests using the visitor parking is mandatory.   You run the risk of your guest's vehicle being ticketed and/or towed at their expense if you fail to register their vehicle. 
 
Be kind to your guests and register their vehicles.

Rules and Limitations:
The parking spots are only available for GUESTS  of Petra Pvt Owners or Tenants.

 

Trades doing work for Owners or Tenants are allowed to park provided they are registered by the Owner/Tenant.

To allow the Petra Pvt community to have access to the visitor parking in a balanced manner the following limits apply:

 1) each address on Petra Pvt has 1 account to access the Petra Pvt Parking Reservation Schedule.

 

 2) reservations cannot be made more than 2 weeks ahead of time. 

​

3) within the 2-week period  each account holder has an allotment of 3 reservations. As the first reservation date expires the allotment refreshes and you can add an extra day if needed.  Should you need 4 reservations in 2 weeks reserve early in the fist week and when the reservation expires the allotment refreshes.

4) the maximum time for each reservation is 24 hours.

 

5) if you reserve less than 24 hours it will count as one day of your 3-day reservation allotment. If your reserved spot is unoccupied and no other parking spots are unavailable based on the Schedule, neighbors may knock on your door to ask if they can use your reserved parking spot. Your name and unit number are visible in the Schedule by all Owner/Tenants that created an account. 
 

6) only the account holder can edit their schedule, however the entire schedule is always visible by ALL account holders at Petra Pvt.
 

7) email afirst@hotmail.ca if you require more allotment in case of a special situation.

8) the HOA may ticket unscheduled parked cars should there be recurring issues with the availability of guest parking spots due to non-adherence to the established rules.
