This is a standard Petra Townhome layout, although many floor plans were modified by the original owners at the time of purchase.  Examples of some of the modifications include swapping the second and third levels, installing offices on both second and third floors, removing the breakfast nook and expanding the kitchen to full length, expanding the island, as well as installing additional fireplaces, swapping out Patio door for French doors to the back yard and modifying bedroom configurations.  At least one owner has their kitchen on the second level,  freeing up the entire first floor for their  great  room.
